Youth and Junior Family Fun weekend

To round off an excellent season for the resurgent Youth and Juniors section, a family weekend has been organised. Lots of fun over the three days, culminating with the end of season awards on Sunday. Camping, on site is available (£5 by pre-booking only). Camping is available only to families where at least one member is in the Youth and Junior or Seniors section.

Friday 29th April
Campers can arrive from 3pm onwards. Please ensure you have purchased your camping tickets – purchase from the bar for £5
Bar open from 4pm
Food available in club house from 5-7pm (pie, chips & curry sauce)
Live Rugby in club house from 8pm
3 x BBQs set-up outside Club house to cook your own food
Midnight Finish

Saturday 30th April
Breakfast available in the club house from 8-10am - pre-booked on Friday at the Bar
Bar Open from 11am
Day visitors arrive from 1pm onwards
Wrist Bands available at the bar for inflatables - £5 for all day unlimited use
Inflatable slides / Bouncy castle / Wrecking Ball / Bungee Run
Candy Cane Stall / Ice Cream Van / Sweet Stall
2pm 1st Team Pitch– Rugby Boot Throwing
2-4pm 3’s Pitch - Go Cart Trials
3pm 1st Pitch Tug-of-war
3:30 – 4pm 1st Team Pitch Egg Throwing
Food available in club house from 4-7pm (Pulled Pork rolls, Pizza , Chip, Vegetarian Chilli)
8pm Live Band
Midnight finish

Sunday 1st May
Breakfast available in the clubhouse from 8-10am -pre-booked on Saturday at the Bar
Day visitors arrive from 10am onwards
10:30am Player Presentations on stage outside clubhouse
Bar Open from 11am onwards
Wrist Bands available at the bar for inflatables – YM players free
Inflatable slides / Bouncy castle / Wrecking Ball /Bungee Run

12:30pm 1st Team Pitch– Rugby Boot & Egg Throwing

We don't want a weekend full of rules and regulations, but there are a few important things to remember, please
no BBQ’s, open fires or firepits on the pitch - This would damage the playing pitch
no glass anywhere on the club grounds - broken glass on the pitch would be dangerous to players
portable waste discharge to designated area only
clear & black bin bags provided for rubbish
dog Poo must be picked up by owner and deposited in bins
all tent pegs collected
midnight noise curfew as we have residential neighbours
